When I took my mini countryman in it had a problem with drivetrain on dashboard and was told the car was still under warranty when the problem was found the warranty did not cover this fault because it was not do for changing till the next service

Charged a £99 diagnostics fee to not even be given a doagnosis, then told id have to pay another £222. Took it to a BMW specialist in holmewood who reset the FRM fault and fixed my issue for £60. BMW thieves

I was very satisfied with the actual Mini service and MOT, but knocked a star off due to the telephone system. I tried two or three times to 'phone for an update, but on choosing option two all I heard was white noise. So I gave up.
