Happy with work on the car. Not a great experience when I arrived. Staff member came back into reception with another client however didn't acknowledge me at all. A quick hello would have made a difference. Other staff member looked glum.

Pretty pissed off with you this time ,I came in with a problem with my mini . There was a banging noise in my engine compartment sound like two pieces of plastic knocking together . You charge me 1700 pounds told me it was fixed but it wasn't.

The cost of a service has significantly increased, this was my 4th year service plus MOT and the total was something like £606. The positive point is you still have price match on MOTs otherwise it would have been even more.

On the day the service was super and I think it is a good set up / outfit. My only disappointment was on the washer repair. I used after market fluid in the washer and it blocked. This was not made clear at sales point.

Very easy to book an appointment. Very friendly service at reception and Carly is fantastic. The service team equally are great - very clear video health check. Provides confidence that your vehicle is in good hands.
