Tyre pressure information light was all. All four tyre pressure was low (as the car had not been used for 5 weeks) I expected this to be addressed at the service but this was not done. I called Chesterfield to advise of this.

I was very satisfied with the actual Mini service and MOT, but knocked a star off due to the telephone system. I tried two or three times to 'phone for an update, but on choosing option two all I heard was white noise. So I gave up.

First proper service for Mini bought last April, not from a Mini dealership. There were problems. They were sorted. I was looking for reassurances that I had bought a decent car and so needed confidence moving forward. Sorted new Emac. Happier now.

Happy with everything except the wash and valet , the outside was clean and hoovered inside but windows had all finger prints on so hadn't been done and non of the interior been cleaned other than hoovering

Happy the price matched price for my tyres. Asked if I'd like a vallet. When we went to collect this wasn't done. Agreed to return whilst they did it. On collection the doors on the inside were wet. It was obviously hoovered outside in the rain.
