So helpful, Tobi went above and beyond. Tobi came in on day off ensuring he was there when we collected-explained everything and has reached out since checking in. Family members will be buying from Tobi as a result of our experience. Thank you Tobi.

Tobi, who I dealt with at Chesterfield, was exceptional. Extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and his customer service was first class. As someone who runs a business, I really appreciate high quality customer interaction which is genuine.

The check in process was super easy & smooth. I loved being sent a video of my car service along with a summary via email of any urgent or recommended work for me to authorise. Picking up my car was also a very smooth process & the staff were lovely!

I did not realise it was a drop off at a station. (Unclear location) So ended waiting by empty service desk. Until sales rep came to see us. She contacted service person who came to help but wes unable to give accurate time for pick up.

The lady who I dealt with was helpful and friendly. However the facility is poor. Coffee machine broken, toilets tired and dirty. Waiting room seats worn out and very uncomfortable.

It would be helpful if mini had a dedicated telephone line for service/repair rather than having to relay messages through the BMW service team
