I didn't particularly like the paperless system and I feel overwhelmed with messages and emails the majority of which are about nothing important, with the important ones (such as finance) getting lost.

The check in process was super easy & smooth. I loved being sent a video of my car service along with a summary via email of any urgent or recommended work for me to authorise. Picking up my car was also a very smooth process & the staff were lovely!

The lady who I dealt with was helpful and friendly. However the facility is poor. Coffee machine broken, toilets tired and dirty. Waiting room seats worn out and very uncomfortable.

I did not realise it was a drop off at a station. (Unclear location) So ended waiting by empty service desk. Until sales rep came to see us. She contacted service person who came to help but wes unable to give accurate time for pick up.

After being given 3 different quotes by the contact centre, the garage honoured the cheapest quote given. Also as I live 40 minutes away from the garage, I was expecting a phone call as to when my car would be ready but I never got the call.

The cost to replace a suspension part was extortionate, and in fact more than double the price for the same job just a few years ago. The service I received when I went to collect the car was very poor. Rude staff & equivocal answers to questions.
