Staff accommodating, knowledgeable, didn't feel rushed. Tobi Mayer in particular needs a shout out. Nothing was too much trouble. There was no high pressure sales pitch. Just a very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere

Emily was a breath of fresh air. Attentive but not pushy, not cheesy or salesy. Once I had bought the car she kept me informed and was thorough and careful in her handover. I had been to 2 other showrooms and been put off by the salesy service.
