Jayden, the sales girl was brilliant at showing me everything when I picked up the mini, she also gave me plenty of handy tips. The whole experience has been brilliant. Great communication throughout. I couldn't have asked for more.

Having a tyre blowout on the motorway was not great your way to your son's graduation. Thankfully we were taken by MINI roadside assistance to Chesterfield MINI. Carly was fantastic checking a tyre was in stock and keeping us updated on progress

Pretty pissed off with you this time ,I came in with a problem with my mini . There was a banging noise in my engine compartment sound like two pieces of plastic knocking together . You charge me 1700 pounds told me it was fixed but it wasn't.

On the day the service was super and I think it is a good set up / outfit. My only disappointment was on the washer repair. I used after market fluid in the washer and it blocked. This was not made clear at sales point.

The cost of a service has significantly increased, this was my 4th year service plus MOT and the total was something like £606. The positive point is you still have price match on MOTs otherwise it would have been even more.
