I had to do all/most of chasing to find out when car would be ready etc. Car initially chosen then wasn't available to had to restart all paperwork and finance process again. Very clunky experience. Road tax hadn't been when came to pick car up.

There's a technical fault still unresolved - the interior lighting still does not work around the dashboard display ring. This is the second time that this issue has been left unresolved. All other work was completed.

Mini has solved the software problem with the car. Carly and Jayden at Stratstone Mini in Chesterfield were very helpful concerning the service visit.

Was prepared to sit and wait for my service, but took a lot longer than anticipated (8.30 to 2.30).but I took work and was able to use a desk.

When I took my mini countryman in it had a problem with drivetrain on dashboard and was told the car was still under warranty when the problem was found the warranty did not cover this fault because it was not do for changing till the next service
